Pre-Registration Process: This is the initial step. Approved Pre-registrants will be offered an opportunity to register and secure a room in the conference room block, or be placed on the registration waiting list.
Registration Process: The deadline for Registration will be March 31, 2024. Registrations will be accepted after that date subject to space available as well as a late registration surcharge

The Fabry Disease Update Conference will not make travel reservations for any participant. Passport, visa and travel arrangements are the personal responsibility of each participant.

The official language of the Meeting will be English.
Technical facilities
Facilities will be available for computer presentations. It is essential that speakers provide a copy of their presentation on a data stick at least 2 hours prior to their session.

Lunches and coffee breaks
Breakfast, lunches and coffee breaks will be served in the Meeting area, immediately adjacent to the Posters.
Poster Presentations
Travel bursaries will be available to first author poster-presenters which will cover travel expense, hotel and registration for the conference. Abstract first authors who are Pharma employees will not be offered travel bursaries, but will be offered the opportunity to register as a FtoF participant before the March 31 deadline for Regular Registration. These approved Pharma regular registrants will not be included in the FtoF allocation for Sponsors.
Powerpoint versions of accepted poster submissions must be received by April 15, 2024. Approved poster presenters will be sent a ppt template for preparing their submission. All posters will be generated from the completed templates, and will be hanging at the venue before the start of the meeting. The organizers will be submitting the completed poster templates to the vendor on behalf of all submitters. Posters will be on display throughout the entire meeting. "Late" posters or posters that are not generated through the approved vendor will not be hung at venue.
Oral Presentations
A committee will judge the final submitted posters before the meeting and during the Opening Poster Session on Sunday evening. Four (4) posters will be selected for short oral presentations (8 slides, 10 minutes) on Tuesday afternoon. If you wish to be considered for the oral presentation, you should come to the meeting with 8 slides in hand in case your poster is selected as one of the 4 finalists.
